This position is for our head office is located in Sydney with easy access to public transport. You would be working with an experienced team in a supportive working environment.

Qualifications & experience

Motor Vehicle Hire knowledge/experience

Knowledge/Experience of credit hire (accident replacement vehicles) industry- desirable

Rental vehicles operations and fleet management

Knowledge of the car insurance and repair industry

A valid driver's license - important

A polite and professional disposition - important

Confident phone manner - important

Competent computer skills - important

Customer service experience either in customer facing or over the phone

Tasks & responsibilities

process claims and rentals of our national prestige vehicles fleet over the phone

Fleet operations management

Provide exceptional levels of customer service to our clients and partners

liaise with drive team and other office staff

Help customers complete the required documentation and submit documentation via our customised portal

work in a very friendly and supportive team environment
