The role

As a Conveyancing Paralegal, you will be running mainly residential conveyancing files from start to finish (with administration assistance). You will also assist on commercial conveyancing files from time to time. You will work with 2 other Paralegals. Your duties will include -

• Dealing with clients and brokers, banks, agents
• contract perusal
• Checking searches
• Chasing up outstanding conditions
• PEXA settlements, booking settlements
• Settlement Statements
• And general file management duties

Your experience

You will have a minimum of 2 years Qld Conveyancing Paralegal experience.

The Law Firm / Salary / Benefits

Well established law firm based at Redland Bay. Have the option to WFH full time (after probation), or work in a hybrid role (after probation) or work in the office full time. 7 staff in total. Salary negotiable dependent upon experience (between $80,000 - $100,000 + Super).
