SOCM is a people-focused management service dedicated to delivering exceptional support and guidance to our clients. We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Owners Corporation Manager to join our dynamic team.

The portfolio currently comprises 7 buildings, and we see it 'topping out' with the addition of 1 further client in the future. The majority are tier 1 and 2 sized owners corporations.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of owners' corporations.

Communicate effectively with property owners, tenants, and contractors.

Prepare and manage budgets, financial reports, and maintenance schedules.

Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.

Organize and attend meetings, including AGMs, some of which will be after-hours and are compensated accordingly.

Resolve disputes and issues promptly and professionally.

Qualifications

Experience in owners corporation management, ideally three years minimum.

Strong knowledge of the Owners Corporations Act and Regulations, and

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.

Proficiency in property management software. Experience with Urbanise will be highly advantageous but not essential.
