About the role

An exciting opportunity to join the talented team of mechanics at the Autoco Group as a Qualified Mechanic. In these full-time roles based in Canberra ACT, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing a wide range of vehicles to the highest industry standards with leading Automotive brands (Autoco/Pedders).

What you'll be doing

Diagnose and repair faults in vehicles using the latest tools and equipment

Carry out routine maintenance checks and services on vehicles

Provide exceptional customer service and communicate technical information effectively

Comply with all workplace health and safety regulations

Contribute to the efficient operation of the workshop

What we're looking for

Formal qualifications in automotive mechanics, such as a Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology

Proven experience as a qualified mechanic

Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills

Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work

Good communication and customer service skills

A valid driver's licence and your own tools
