About the Role
As a Diploma Educator, you’ll:
Champion high-quality early learning experiences aligned with the EYLF
Collaborate with a passionate team of educators
Build strong relationships with children, families, and the local community
Lead programming and planning with a focus on theory-driven practice
Ensure compliance and uphold child safety standards
What You’ll Bring
Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
Experience in leadership, planning, and programming
Strong interpersonal skills and a flexible, team-oriented mindset
Understanding of Child Protection legislation and Mandatory Reporting (NSW/ACT)
Current Working with Children Check (NSW) and Police Check (or ability to obtain)
First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis training (or willingness to obtain)
Valid driver’s licence and reliable transport (no public transport access to site)
