We are seeking an experienced and self-sufficient Surveyor to join our team for a long-term infrastructure project based in Parks, NSW. This is a Drive-In Drive-Out (DIDO) position with travel included in work hours and a strong focus on flexibility, autonomy, and quality delivery.

Your Week at a Glance
Monday: Drive from Sydney (4.5 hrs) or Canberra (3.5 hrs) to Parks; complete a 10-hour workday (including travel time).

Tuesday & Wednesday: Full on-site workdays.

Thursday: Partial on-site work, then travel back home (within work hours).

Friday: Remote work from home focused on reporting and documentation.

The role ensures a minimum of 40 hours per week, with all travel during business hours and full support from our Canberra-based team.

What We're Looking For
Diploma or Degree in Surveying (required).

Minimum 5 years of industry experience.

Proven ability to independently manage surveying operations with remote support.

Excellent organizational, communication, and reporting skills.

Comfortable working across remote project sites and managing your own schedule.
