About the role

Join the dynamic team at Daly.Smith as a Surveyor in the Central Coast & Hunter NSW region. This full-time role will see you play a crucial part in the Surveying operations of our growing company.

What you'll be doing

• Conducting detailed land and building surveys to facilitate land development & construction projects
• Utilising the latest surveying equipment and technologies to collect accurate data
• Interpreting survey data and producing detailed reports and plans
• Collaborating with project managers, engineers and other stakeholders
• Ensuring all surveys comply with relevant regulations and industry standards
• Maintaining detailed records and documentation
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of surveying processes and practices

What we're looking for

• Tertiary qualification in Surveying, Geospatial Science or a related field
• Minimum 2-3 years' experience as a professional Surveyor in the land development & construction industry
• Proficiency in using surveying equipment and software, including CAD and GIS tools
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality, accurate work
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Knowledge of relevant surveying regulations and industry standards
