· Answer phone enquiries from potential and existing customers
· Book skip bin orders, collect card payments and maintain accurate customer records
· Quote customers via phone and email via set price lists on the provision of skip bins and follow-up to ensure the best chance of closing the sale
· Maintain in house CRM to log phone and email enquires
· Experience with CRM systems (training provided for our specific platform)
· Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail
· Work with the operations team to ensure customer expectations are met
· Take ownership of AR collections for the business and improve average debtors days
· Other duties as required
· Must have full Australian work rights
· Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
· Minimum 2 years administrative or customer service experience
