Position
Ideally Bachelor of Commerce qualified and with a post grad qualification. You will be responsible for sourcing and structuring property development finance transactions. This will include understanding risk, excellent negotiation skills, being open minded to achieve "win-wins", strong analytical and financial modelling skills, proven sales experience and an excellent track record of achievement.

Experience in banking and dealing with the middle market space is highly desirable.

Someone who has a good level of drive, a "can do" attitude, is good at solving problems, is curious and operates with high integrity.
Also it is important that you are resilient, accountable and able to influence at all levels. Excellent communication both verbal and written are essential.

This is a senior sales role and therefore proven sales experience is essential.

$275,000 package ( salary plus super) plus Commission C.$150,000
