Known for our premium product range, design capability, and outstanding customer service, we work with architects, builders, and designers on some of Australia’s most prestigious residential and commercial projects.
We are currently seeking a driven and results-focused Business Development Manager to join our Alexandria showroom team in Sydney.
About the Role
This role is ideal for a motivated, hungry sales performer who takes ownership of the sales process — from the first client interaction through to the closed deal. You will be supported by a dedicated estimating team who prepare all quotes, allowing you to focus on client relationships, design collaboration, quote presentation, and conversion.
You’ll work closely with builders, architects, and homeowners — guiding them through joinery solutions, answering technical questions, and helping them make confident, informed decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to incoming enquiries and host in-showroom appointments
Build strong relationships with architects, designers, builders, and clients
Understand client needs and guide them on appropriate joinery solutions
Review and present detailed quotes (prepared by our estimating team)
Drive follow-ups and convert open quotes into closed sales
Collaborate on design choices and selections to suit the project vision
Maintain accurate pipeline management through our CRM
What We’re Looking For
A proactive, self-driven sales professional with a hunger to succeed
Demonstrated success in B2B or client-facing sales (construction, interiors, or building products ideal)
Confident communicator with excellent follow-up and relationship skills
Comfortable presenting premium, design-focused products to trade and private clients
Strong attention to detail and customer service mindset
Experience with CRM systems or quoting tools (preferred)
