A fantastic and rewarding opportunity has become available to join our administration team in Bexley on a maximum-term, full-time basis for a 6-month contract. We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals who are ready to contribute to our dynamic team.

About The Role
In this role you will be responsible for:
Daily timesheets and payroll management including roster coordination and submission of payroll reports.
Assisting with roster coverage and planning.
Regular compliance checks (including NDISWC and Visa) to ensure files are maintained and accurate.
Assist with recruitment and termination process including coordinating interviews and paperwork.
Liaise with IT team for basic requests.
Being the first point of contact for residents, families, staff, volunteers, and visitors.
Provide general administrative support to the Village Leadership Team.
The successful candidate will:
Have experience in administration or reception in a busy office environment (preferred but not essential – extensive training will be provided).
Previous experience in rostering.
Previous experience in Aged Care.
Have a caring and compassionate approach when dealing with residents, family members, resident representatives and staff.
Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal and customer relations skills.
Can work in a team and willing to help others.
Good organisation and time management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Proven skills in using Microsoft packages (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
It would be beneficial, but not essential if you have experience using rostering systems such Emplive.
