Annual salary range: $79,866 - $97,169 plus super

About the opportunity:

We're looking for a detail-oriented and data-driven Procurement Analyst to join our Operations Procurement team. Reporting to the Manager Operations Procurement, you'll support procurement and contract management activities through insightful data analysis, reporting, and administrative support. This role is key to helping VicRoads make smarter procurement decisions and deliver efficient, customer-focused services.

About you:

You're a proactive team player with a passion for data and process improvement. You bring a strong analytical mindset and a commitment to delivering high-quality services.

You will have:

• A tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, Finance, Analytics or a related field
• Experience in procurement analytics within a complex organisation
• Strong data skills, including Excel and Power BI
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• A customer-first mindset and a drive for continuous improvement

Desirable:

• Familiarity with procurement and contract management IT systems
