Property Manager | Burwood Area

We have the opportunity for a property manager to join our department. This role would suit a residential property manager who wants to explore the world of residential property management in a local office, close to home, with great perks and benefits and flexibility.

Working up to 2 days from home per week, 9 - 5:30pm during the week, with minimal weekend work (only one Half-Saturday once every 7 weeks, with time in lieu offered)

DUTIES:

• Using PropertyMe software
• You will be managing a well kept, local portfolio of 155 properties, apartments & homes in Burwood to Balwyn area.
• You will be doing your own leasing with the support of a shared leasing consultant & routines officer to assist.

WHATS ON OFFER

• Salary of $75,000 - $85,000 + Commissions (dependant on your experience)

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

• Proven track record working in property management (on a good size portfolio, ideally)
• Mandarin speaking advantages (not required)
• Agents Rep Certificate or Cert IV in Property
• Car & drivers licence
