Hours: Mon-Fri 9-5pm - NO Weekends role!

JOB DUTIES:
- Full-time Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm
- Manage your own portfolio of 160 properties
- Routines (with support)
- Application processing (with leasing support)
- Exit Inspections, Entry inspections
- Using Property Me

- $72,000 - $80,000 + Super (plus commissions)

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- Agents Rep Certificate or Cert IV in Property
- Property Management Experience (must have managed own portfolio prior)
- Well presented
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Willingness to succeed
