Qualifications & experience

A background of store/produce management in chains and/or independents who knows the value of having the best fresh produce grows their business success and the record to prove it would be highly regarded/preferred.

An experienced passionate produce gun with experience in the supermarket produce industry (preferred but not essential) that has the results to prove it.

Computer literate with good time management skills and the ability to work autonomously.

A true merchant with an eye for detail and having a merchandising flair that has the WOW factor.

Someone who understands every customer is different and can execute performance based on each individual stores needs.

The proven skills of driving results through merchandising flair and having the customers interest at the forefront of everything they do.

Leading by example, someone who can walk the talk.

This is not a new sales account manager/area manager role.

This is NOT a Metro based role; the position is ideally for someone located in the North/Northeast region of Victoria.

Current valid driver's license

Tasks & responsibilities

Maintain and grow standards of existing and new customers through mutually beneficial relationships.

Identify and seize opportunities for growth internally (this is not a new business/sales role)

Proactively assist customers through leadership, experience and guidance to achieve desired outcomes.

Lead by example in growing the fresh produce offer through merchandising excellence in our customers stores.

Hands on role, multiple locations across Victoria with some overnight travel required
