About the Role
Zenith Engineering is an Australian Family-owned company based in Hemmant, we are a long-established supplier of Marine Generator sets and Engineering services .
We are looking for an experienced office Administrator / Clerk to join our team on a permanent part time basis. We are prepared to work with the right candidate, and can be somewhat flexible with working hours. Commencing with a minimum of 20 hours per week, increasing with experience and demand
What you will be doing
Day to day processing of Admin/Clerical duties this includes but not limited to: -
· Processing supplier invoices
· Daily bank Rec
· Create supplier orders
· Payment of supplier Invoices
· Daily Job Cards Entry
· Job costing
· Entry of New Customers & Suppliers
· processing and checking Daily sales reports
· Basic accounting entries
· Assisting with Payroll/B.A.S and superannuation processing.
· Month end processing
What we are looking for.
Previous experience in an administrative role and knowledge of basic accounting principles
To fulfil the role, you will ideally possess.
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills.
· Experience using accounting software,
MYOB-Greentree (preferred but not essential).
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
· Ability to work independently and be part of a team..
· Must be punctual, reliable and a team player.
· Friendly, outgoing and willing to learn
The hourly rate will be based upon experience and discussed at time of interview
