About the Role
This is a senior field-based position focused on the installation, service, and commissioning of Integriti systems across high-security, multi-site environments.
You will act as a subject matter expert, supporting project delivery teams while managing complex systems and technical escalations.
Key Responsibilities
Perform full-scope works across Integriti access control and security systems
Lead commissioning and fault-finding on multi-site council and government installations
Work closely with project managers and internal teams to ensure delivery meets compliance standards
Provide high-level support to customers including technical advice and system walk-throughs
Maintain system documentation, site reports, and handover materials
What You'll Bring
Current Integriti certification with strong hands-on experience
Demonstrated success in installation, service, and commissioning of electronic security systems
Confident fault-finding and system configuration skills
Understanding of local government compliance and reporting standards
Australian Security Licence and Open Cabling Licence (mandatory)
Ability to work independently, professionally, and with strong attention to detail
