GENERAL FOREMAN – HIGH END FINISHES SPECIALIST
Location: Toowoomba / Darling Downs Region
Salary Package: Up to $190K + Super

Join a repeat client that has landed over $100M in new work and is looking to expand their team. With 5+ years of confirmed multi‑residential and multi‑level building projects ahead, this is a prime opportunity for a General Foreman who specialises in premium finishing work.

🔨 Role Overview You’ll lead finishing-focused on-site delivery on large-scale projects—from $30M to $100M—with responsibility for high-quality trades including carpentry, painting, tiling, joinery, and fit‑out. Your role combines site leadership, scheduling, quality control, and safety oversight.

🔍 Key Responsibilities

• Supervise all finishing trades and subcontractors on site to ensure quality, progress, and conformance to specifications.
• Coordinate closely with the Site Manager, structures foreman, and safety advisors to sequence works efficiently and resolve on-site issues.
• Perform regular quality inspections, log defects and drive corrective action promptly.
• Ensure compliance with WHS and industry standards; lead toolbox talks and enforce safe work practices.
• Maintain accurate progress records, resource tracking, and communicate with project stakeholders regularly.

✅ What We’re Looking For

• QBCC Open Site Supervisor Licence with multi-level endorsement—mandatory.
• Proven experience (5+ years) as a General or Finishes Foreman delivering works valued between $30M–$100M, especially luxury multi-level residential developments.
• Background or apprenticeship in Carpentry, Tiling, Painting, or Joinery trades.
• Exceptional attention to detail and quality control, with a passion for high standards.
• Strong leadership and organisational skills; ability to manage teams, deliver with precision, navigate complex schedules, and prioritise safety.
