We are a meat manufacturer processing deli/restaurant meat products for Australia and export markets.

About the Role

This is a casual position, based in our warehouse at Clayton South - Monday to Friday, 6:30am to 3.00pm. plus overtime when busy! Providing you with a great work-life balance and your weekends free. You’ll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring that our products reach our consumers and customers safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

· Accurately pick and pack wholesale orders, ensuring all dispatch targets are met daily.

· Safely and efficiently pack products to minimise damage and ensure quality upon delivery.

· Replenish warehouse stock, maintaining optimal inventory levels on picking shelves.

· Maintain a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment through diligent housekeeping.

· Support general warehouse tasks as required by the supervisor.

· Conduct regular stocktakes and conduct inventory counts to maintain accurate stock records.

· Adhere to FIFO (First-In, First-Out) principles to ensure product freshness and minimise waste.

· Monitor and report any quality or stock discrepancies to warehouse leadership promptly.

· Follow all food safety and hygiene requirements as outlined in company policy and relevant FMCG industry standards.

· Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.

· Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to support smooth order fulfilment.

About You

· Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic.

· Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.

· Previous experience in a warehouse or pick/pack role preferred

· Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling tasks.

· Confident using warehouse management systems and technology (training provided).

· Strong team player with a positive attitude.
