Action Workforce is currently seeking experienced Pick Packers to join the Returns Sector of a leading global sportswear brand in Ravenhall, located in Melbourne’s Western Suburbs. These are ongoing roles in a fast-paced warehouse environment, offering stability and consistent weekday shifts. If you have prior warehouse experience, strong attention to detail, and enjoy working in a supportive team setting, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Commencement Date: Monday, 28th July 2025

Shifts Available:
Morning Shift: 6:00am - 2:00pm
Afternoon Shift: 2:00pm - 10:00pm

(Monday to Friday – Full availability required)

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately picking and packing returned stock using RF scanners
• Processing and inspecting returns with a high level of accuracy
• Sorting, labelling, and palletising items
• Meeting daily KPIs and maintaining workflow efficiency
• Operating manual and electric pallet jacks
• Manual handling of items up to 20kg
• Maintaining a clean and safe warehouse environment

Requirements

• Previous warehouse and pick packing experience is essential, ideally in a high-volume environment
• Experience working in a Returns department is ESSENTIAL.
• Ability to accurately inspect, sort, and process returned stock, ensuring items are handled according to company quality standards
• High attention to detail to identify damages, incorrect items, or incomplete returns
• Strong computer or RF scanner skills for accurate data entry and stock updates
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and company return procedures
• Physically fit and capable of repetitive manual handling (up to 20kg)
• Reliable transport is preferred due to shift start times and location
