PICK PACKERS NEEDED! – RAVENHALL

Action Workforce is currently seeking experienced Pick Packers to join a leading global sportswear brand in Ravenhall, located in Melbourne’s Western Suburbs. These are ongoing roles in a fast-paced warehouse environment, offering stability and consistent weekday shifts. The role also offers weekend overtime and opportunities to transition full-time. Shifts Available:

Morning Shift: 6:00am – 2:00pm
Afternoon Shift: 2:00pm – 10:00pm

(Monday to Friday – Full availability required!!)

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurate picking and packing of stock using RF scanners
• Labelling, sorting, and palletising items
• Meeting daily KPIs and maintaining workflow targets
• Operating manual and electric pallet jacks
• Manual handling of items up to 20kg
• Maintaining a clean and safe warehouse environment

Requirements

• Previous warehouse and pick packing experience is essential, ideally in a fast-paced or high-volume environment
• Proven ability to accurately pick and pack items using RF scanners
• Strong attention to detail to ensure correct items, sizes, and quantities are picked and packed
• Physically fit and capable of repetitive manual handling (up to 20kg)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet daily targets and KPIs
• Good verbal and written communication skills for understanding instructions and safety procedures
• Strong time management and reliable attendance record
• Availability to work full-time hours, with flexibility for overtime and weekend shifts
• Reliable transport to and from site
