Australian Flooring Systems (AFS) is a major player in the decorative flooring industry nationwide with over 15 years experience. With a new warehouse facility opening we are after a Warehouse assistant to assist our National Sales Manager delivery quality product and services.

Working closely with the Sales Manager you'll be doing:

Prepare and package orders from dispatch, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery

Conduct inventory checks and manage stock rotation

Assist with freight deliveries

Ensure that the warehouse is kept clean and free from any safety hazards

Manage and keep up to date with Safety Data Sheets of all chemicals stored in the warehouse

Assist customers with product enquiries and recommendations

Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and store objectives

What we're looking for

Previous warehouse or logistics experience

Previous trade experience or worked in stores like Bunnings, Mitre 10 or similar

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and demands

A passion for providing outstanding customer service

MS Office skills

Forklift licence (beneficial)
