Monday - Friday 38 hours per week and no weekends

Are you hands-on, switched-on, and ready to level up your warehousing career? We’re Founder, a proudly family-run business and we’re looking for a motivated Warehouse Assistant to grow with us at our Archerfield warehouse.

Founder is an emerging force in the aftermarkets parts brands which currently include Fortus Group, DEKK Rubber Tracks & Pads, and ITC Agriculture. We have been supplying parts to mining, construction, and quarry for over 26 years.

Responsibilities

Unloading and receipting containers

Checking, sorting, and putting away stock

Investigating and fixing stock variances

Loading and unloading trucks

Hitting KPIs and helping the team thrive

Requirement

Current Forklift license

Experience working in a warehousing environment.

Good communication skills with calm and easy-going attitude

Willing to learn, be coachable with ability to problem solve.

High attention to detail
