About the Role

As a Caseworker – Care Services, you will:

• Lead and implement care plans in collaboration with children, carers, and care teams
• Provide ongoing support and supervision to carers, ensuring safe and quality care
• Manage case documentation, reporting, and compliance with statutory requirements
• Work closely with internal teams and external partners to coordinate services and supports

• Full-time, Fixed term position until 30 June 2026
• 1 FTE working 38 hours per week
• $101,032 p/a + Super + Salary Packaging

What We're Looking For

We value individuals who bring dedication, empathy, and expertise to their roles. To succeed in this position, you will have:

• Tertiary qualification in Social Work, Psychology, Diploma of Welfare Studies or equivalent qualifications and/or 2 or more years of experience in delivering case work and therapeutic interventions.
• Demonstrated knowledge of the child protection and Care Services systems
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with key stakeholders and service providers.
• Current Victorian Driver’s license
• Understanding of the purpose and expectations of the Victorian Child Safe Standards and demonstrated commitment to contributing to a child safe organisation in both practice and culture.
