The Role:

We’re on the lookout for a Part-Time Practice Manager (approximately 3 days per week) to join our team and keep our practice humming. You’ll work closely with the leadership team to manage day-to-day operations, streamline systems, and support our lawyers and support staff in delivering excellent service.

ALA Law leads the way family lawyers and estate lawyers practice, so a job with us is at the forefront of innovation, technology and business development.

You’ll Need:

· A minimum of 5 years’ experience in practice management

· Strong knowledge of family law practice and procedures

· A keen eye for detail and serious organisational chops

· Confidence in managing workflow, compliance, trust accounts, and systems

· The ability to balance being easy-going and approachable, with being highly dependable and process-driven

What You’ll Be Doing:

· Overseeing firm operations, legal compliance, and practice procedures

· Managing HR functions, onboarding, and supporting team wellbeing

· Supporting financial processes and working with internal and external accountants/bookkeepers

· Ensuring smooth workflow and case management support

· Helping the practice run smarter, not harder
