What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated professional who:
Must be available to work 65 hours per fortnight, including split shifts between 7:00am–9:00am and 2:30pm–6:00pm, Monday to Friday. An additional 10 hours per fortnight is allocated for programming/planning time.
Has a genuine passion for working with children and families.
Understands the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Framework, and My Time Our Place Framework.
Has strong leadership skills to create diverse and inclusive learning experiences.
Is committed to maintaining a child-safe culture and high safeguarding standards.
Essential Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience working with children over preschool age.
Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent (preferably).
Current WWWVP Check (or willingness to obtain).
First Aid, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis Certificates (or willingness to obtain).
Driver’s License.
Experience with additional needs children (desirable).
