What You'll Need:
- Cert III/IV in Individual Support or equivalent
- 6 months experience supporting individuals with mental health needs
- NDIS Worker Screening, Police Check, First Aid & CPR
- Driver's Licence and full working rights
- Full vaccination status
Your Role:
- Provide emotional support and assist with daily living
- Build rapport through consistent, respectful, and personalised care
- Maintain clear documentation and collaborate with care teams
