About the Role
We’re looking for a confident, organised, and friendly Receptionist to be the face of our practice. You’ll be the first point of contact for patients, playing a key role in ensuring their experience is seamless from start to finish.

Your responsibilities will include:

Greeting and checking in patients with a warm, professional manner

Managing phone calls, appointment bookings, and email enquiries

Processing payments and managing patient records

Supporting clinical staff with daily coordination

Ensuring the reception area is tidy and welcoming

About You

Previous experience in dental or medical reception is preferred but not essential

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong time management and ability to multitask

Tech-savvy and confident with dental software

A positive attitude and commitment to patient care
