About the role

This full-time Production Supervisor role at Mattress Resources Australia Pty Ltd in Brendale, Queensland offers an excellent opportunity to take the next step in your manufacturing and logistics career. As Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the production floor, lead a dedicated team, and help drive quality, safety, and efficiency on the floor. What you'll be doing

Supervising daily operations, scheduling, and staff across production lines

Maintain a strong hands-on presence on the floor, leading by example and supporting the team as needed

Ensure all products in the warehouse are handled, stored and transported to customer safely and securely

Assist in the coordination and execution of mattress deliveries to customers

Monitoring production activities and identifying areas for improvement to enhance productivity and quality

Maintain accurate inventory records and provide reporting as required

Promote and maintain a culture of safety, compliance, and continuous improvement

Collaborate with maintenance, logistics, and management teams

Contribute to reporting, performance tracking, and KPI analysis

What we're looking for

1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment

Willingness to work hands-on alongside the team in day-to-day operations

Strong leadership and communication skills

Forklift license or willingness to obtain one

A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety

Plus willingness to grow into factory manager role
