We’re working with a major national Group undergoing a strategic uplift in how business and IT collaborate.

As part of this, they’re building out a new capability in early-stage initiative shaping - hiring multiple Business Technology Partners to lead the charge.

This is not a standard Business Partner role - you will work on behalf of the 'business' but focus on the overarching strategy, and not the agenda of a single business unit.

This isn’t a BA or PM role either - it sits upstream, before delivery begins. You’ll act as the connective tissue between strategy, tech, and business, helping shape, assess, and prepare initiatives for investment, pushing back and challenging the business.

About You

• You’ve likely been a BA, PM, or Consultant who’s moved into upstream strategy
• High level strategic thinker that can operate at a Group or Enterprise level
• Comfortable with ambiguity and stakeholder-heavy environments
• Strong communicator with experience influencing senior leaders
• Understands the intersection of tech, strategy, and operations
• Collaborative, practical, and outcome-driven
