Here at Acute laser we are looking for a Finance and Payroll Officer to join our team.

This is a multifaceted role encompassing full function finance and payroll duties. Looking after all AR and AP as well as preparing monthly P&L reports, stock take adjustments and daily bank reconciliation. Other duties include supporting the Sales & Estimating team, the General Manager and other admin/reception staff. This role also includes general admin duties such as completing dispatch/shipping notifications, answering incoming calls and monitoring group email accounts as required in conjunction with the other admin staff.

We use XERO for our P&L, AR, AP and payroll so experience with this software is essential. We use Sigma MRP for all quotes, jobs and purchasing and Aussie Time Sheets for time sheet collection. Payroll is done weekly and superannuation is done monthly.

Cert IV in bookkeeping is desirable as well as XERO certification.

Microsoft Office Suite 365

Intermediate to advanced IT skills

This is a fulltime role based out our Carole park factory

This role is based on 38 hours a week but start and finish times are flexible.
