Qualifications & experience

Minimum 2 years' post-admission experience in the areas of property and/or commercial law

Experience in Microsoft office programs

Good presentation and ability to manage client relationships essential

Tasks & responsibilities

Drafting, reviewing and advising on property contracts

Drafting, reviewing and advising on commercial contracts

Drafting, reviewing and advising on leases of varying complexity

Opportunities to branch out into other areas of law such as estate planning and estate administration

Client facing interaction on all matters

General file management, including opening and closing files

Working with the broader team to preparing and send start of matter documents as needed

Assisting with certain administrative tasks in PEXA, and assisting with other conveyancing tasks
