• Salaried Partner Role : $250,000 - $270,000 ex super

About the position:

Our client is looking for an experienced Property Lawyer ready to step into a Partner role in Sydney. This is a unique opportunity to lead a diverse mix of high-value property matters while working alongside a strategic CEO and helping drive national growth.

• Lead and grow the property practice in Sydney from day one
• Advise on a mix of commercial and residential transactions, leasing, development, and property finance
• Work closely with firm leadership to shape client strategy and build local presence
• Handle existing workflow while developing long-term relationships with developers, investors, and corporates
• Have the flexibility to work remotely or from a serviced office/coworking setup while the Sydney presence grows

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years PAE in Property Law within private practice
• Proven experience in managing complex property transactions and disputes
• Strong business development skills with a history of building client relationships
• Ability to lead, mentor, and inspire junior lawyers
• Demonstrated success meeting targets and driving team performance
• Accredited Specialist in Property Law (desirable but not essential)
• Commercial mindset and a proactive work ethic
