The market is turning, and we need an experienced Site Manager to join this commercial builder on the move!

You’ll be stepping into a business that knows how to win and deliver projects without the fanfare. Growth has been steady, and delivery is consistent.

Their work spans commercial spaces, from detailed fit-outs to structural new builds. With values from $1million fit-outs to $20 million new builds. The project locations are predominantly in and around the city or in the northern suburbs.

You’ll work closely with the directors, who are approachable and experienced. They stay connected to delivery and value what happens on-site. The culture is hands-on, team-focused, and built around long-term staff who enjoy coming to work.

The pipeline is solid, and most of the work comes from repeat business and referrals, not the open market.

To be considered, you’ll need a minimum of two years as a stand-alone Sm with new builds being the bulk of your experience for a head contractor. Candidates coming from a subcontractor with no experience working for a builder will not be considered. You’ll also need a stable employment history, strong trade coordination skills, and a transparent, professional approach on-site.

Salary will depend on experience and role fit, up to around $170k including super.
