About the role
This is a casual role, offering the flexibility to fit around your lifestyle. As one of our a Registered Nurses, you will play a crucial part in providing high-quality, compassionate care to our residents, ensuring their health, safety and wellbeing.

What you'll be doing

Delivering exceptional clinical care to residents, including medication management, wound care, palliative care and more

Assessing residents' needs, developing and evaluating individualised care plans

Collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to coordinate holistic care

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation/reporting

Providing support, guidance and supervision to personal care staff

Promoting a safe, comfortable and enriching environment for residents

What we're looking for

Current APHRA registration to practice as a Registered Nurse

Previous experience in an aged care or similar clinical setting

Strong clinical skills and knowledge of aged care best practices

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Compassionate, empathetic and committed to person-centred care

Ability to work collaboratively within a team

Strong organisational and time management skills
