Your New Role
In this pivotal role, you’ll be the go-to person for managing and streamlining our operations. Your responsibilities include:

Scheduling & Logistics: Coordinate our fleet of 22 trucks for local and interstate moves across Queensland.

Customer Communication: Handle email inquiries and courtesy calls, ensuring top-notch service at every step.

Problem Solving: Address and resolve customer complaints and post-move issues with confidence and care.

Documentation: Keep all operational records current, accurate, and organised.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with our moving crews to maintain Brisk Transport’s reputation for excellence.

We’re after someone who:

Thrives on challenges and has experience in administration, scheduling, or logistics.

Has excellent customer service skills and a keen eye for detail.

Can confidently manage conflict and resolve customer complaints.

Is flexible, adaptable, and proactive in a fast-paced environment.

(Bonus!) Holds a Medium Rigid (MR) or Forklift Licence—but this isn’t essential.

What We Offer:

Competitive Salary: $80,000 per annum with weekly pay.
