Posted 2 days ago
Right at Home Greater Logan is a leading provider of high-quality in-home care. Our mission is simple: to improve the quality of life for those we serve by delivering the Right Care, Right at Home.
We support clients living with dementia, disability (including NDIS participants), post-operative needs, and seniors requiring home care — helping them remain safe, independent, and comfortable in their own homes.
We’re a fast-growing, family-owned business, and we’re looking for a highly motivated, positive team player to join our Greater Logan office in a key Scheduling/Rostering Officer role.
About the Role
As our second and newest Scheduler, you’ll play a central role in ensuring clients receive timely, personalised, and reliable care. Working closely with our care management and clinical teams, you’ll coordinate rosters that balance client needs, care worker preferences, and continuity of care.
This is an office-based role with shared participation in a rotating on-call roster for after-hours support.
Key Responsibilities
Use our scheduling platform Visual Care to create and manage client and staff rosters.
Liaise with care staff, clinical teams, and clients daily regarding shift planning and changes.
Maintain accurate records of staff availability and qualifications.
Build strong, respectful relationships with care workers to foster a positive team culture.
Respond promptly to last-minute changes, ensuring clients’ care needs are always covered.
Provide a high level of customer service and display critical thinking in day-to-day tasks.
What We Offer
Competitive salary: $70,000 to $77,500, depending on experience.
Performance bonuses throughout the year.
Company laptop and all tools provided.
A friendly, supportive office team passionate about making a difference.
The opportunity to join a growing, purpose-driven organisation.
What You’ll Bring
Essential:
Previous customer service experience.
Strong computer literacy, especially in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Clear and personable communication skills (verbal and written).
Ability to problem-solve, stay calm under pressure, and manage time effectively.
Positive, can-do attitude and a genuine team spirit.
Criminal History Check (or willingness to obtain).
Preferred:
Prior experience in scheduling/rostering, especially in aged care or disability support.
Familiarity with Visual Care or similar scheduling platforms.
Experience working under the NDIS or Home Care Package systems.
Ready to Apply?
If you're looking to join a supportive team where your coordination skills make a real difference in people’s lives, we’d love to hear from you.
