A leading and large Not for Profit organisation requires an Administrator / Property & Asset Maintenance on a 6 month fixed term contract. There is a strong potential this role will go permanent in 2026.
Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer and a member of the Finance team, you will oversee and support the asset management requirements for a major part of the organisation. The role requires a confident communicator as you will interact and partner with a wide range of staff across the organisation.
The main duties of the role include :
Organise tenders and quotes for CAPEX works / Maintenance as required.
Asset management reporting and assessment.
Assist to develop and implement a capital works plan.
Review, renew and update of Property leases & License agreements.
Update CAPEX progress and maintain budgets.
Report of progress against Capital works plan.
You will have experience in property management reporting, ideally asset management. The role requires a strong understanding of Property maintenance management , ability to liaise with Project Managers and Service Leaders who oversee capital projects.
