About The Role:
We’re on the hunt for a digitally savvy Brand Manager who lives and breathes social trends, has a sharp creative eye, and knows how to connect a brand with culture. This role is all about taking the reins of brand strategy with a digital-first mindset ; building awareness, driving engagement, and fuelling conversions across every channel that matters.
Reproting into the CMO, working in the marketing team and cross-functionally with eCommerce, CRM, content, and creative to shape and share a brand narrative that’s bold, authentic, and on the pulse.
What You'll Own:
Brand & Campaign Strategy
- Lead and execute digital-first campaigns that build brand awareness and connection
- Bring brand values to life through compelling, consistent content across all channels
Content & Social
- Own the social strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and beyond
- Guide in-house creatives to deliver high-impact, on-brand storytelling
- Monitor engagement and community sentiment to evolve our content approach
Customer Experience
- Collaborate with CRM and eComm teams to create personalised, brand-led journeys
- Enhance storytelling across email, SMS, and loyalty touchpoints
Digital Presence
- Ensure the website reflects brand priorities, campaigns, and storytelling
- Oversee brand consistency across product launches, campaigns, and content
Insights & Culture
- Track brand performance through audience insights and social listening
- Stay connected to youth, wellness, and digital culture to keep the brand relevant
Leadership
- Lead a team of three superstars
About You
- 3–5+ years of digital marketing experience with a strong focus on brand or content.
- Deep understanding of social media platforms, content trends, and influencer ecosystems.
- Strong storytelling, copywriting, and creative briefing skills.
- Ability to lead creative teams and drive brand alignment across departments.
- Passion for health, fitness, supplements, or wellness culture.
- Experience in brand-building within retail, fashion, health, or lifestyle brands.
