We've just filled one role with this awesome team and now we're back to find another Salesforce Functional Consultant to join them, this time with a specific focus on client success and support.
This isn't your typical delivery or implementation-style role, as while you'll still need solid Salesforce knowledge and experience, you won't be running discovery workshops or deep-diving into configuration every day. Instead, your job is to be the problem solver and the person clients turn to when the need answers, fixes, and guidance to keep their Salesforce orgs running smoothly.
The Role:
As a Functional Consultant (Client Success focus), you'll:
- Work closely with a range of clients to troubleshoot issues, answer queries, and provide day-to-day Salesforce support - in real time.
- You're the person clients turn to when they have questions and need help.
- Proactively identify opportunities for optimisation or improvement across different Salesforce orgs.
- Build trust and credibility with stakeholders from different industries and technical backgrounds.
- Collaborate with a high-performing internal team of consultants and developers.
What We're Looking For:
- 3-5 years of hands-on Salesforce experience - either as an Admin, Functional Consultant, or hybrid.
- Strong understanding of core Salesforce features: Sales/Service Cloud, Flows, permissions, page layouts, etc.
- Confidence in working with clients directly. You're comfortable having conversations, not just working tickets.
- Natural problem-solver who enjoys jumping into different orgs, asking smart questions, and figuring things out
- Ability to task switch. You'll likely be working with multiple clients per day.
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
