Are you a visual storyteller with an eye for detail, a love of design, and solid experience across digital, print and UX?

We’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join the Tough Cookie team—or, if you’ve got website build experience (especially WordPress), this could be a dual role as Senior Graphic Designer & Website Team Leader.

Ideally, we're keen on a fast start to ensure you have time to settle in with an excellent and extended handover and a smooth transition into the role.

This role is ideal for:

A confident and capable designer with 5+ years’ experience

Someone looking to take the next step into leadership

A creative thinker who loves solving problems visually

A designer who’s also delivered (or project-managed) WordPress websites

What you’ll do:

Lead creative projects across brand, campaign and digital

Design user-friendly, on-brand website layouts

Collaborate with content creators, strategists and developers

If applicable: scope, manage and deliver website projects from concept to launch

Guide and mentor our up-and-coming designers and website team members

We’ll love you if you have:

Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite and Figma

Experience designing across multiple mediums

UX/UI design understanding

WordPress or other CMS knowledge (big tick!)

An organised, proactive approach

Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
