Our client is a dynamic and fast-growing WA engineering consultancy seeking a detail-oriented Finance Officer to support their finance operations. This role is ideal for someone with strong organisational skills, experience in Xero, and a proactive approach to managing financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage supplier payments, invoice reconciliation, and bank statement reviews

Process expense claims and client credit applications

Handle accounts receivable tasks and debtor follow-ups

Set up new suppliers and generate purchase orders

Assist with finance facility tasks, FBT, and audit queries

Submit new vendor applications and manage site access requests

Maintain finance spreadsheets and oversee the accounts inbox

Key Requirements:

Previous, similar finance experience within WA’s resource industry, ideally from an engineering consultancy or EPCM /EPC project-based environment

Proficiency in Xero and intermediate/advanced Excel

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

Familiarity with payroll processes and timesheet systems
