Finance Officer
$50/hr + Super (Temp - Permanent)

A leading provider of engineering design solutions for mining projects is seeking a Finance Officer to join their growing team in Perth. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Finance / Office Manager who is passionate about financial operations, happy to help wherever required and capable of delivering.

Job Duties:

• Supplier payments and invoice reconciliation, bank statement, review and process expense claims.
• Process client credit applications, account receivable tasks and to follow up on debtors.
• Generate PO's & manage invoices.
• Xero - Payroll and employee set up.
• Finance facility tasks, assist with FBT and audit queries.
• Submit applications to clients and request access, etc.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar position, ideally within a growing company.
• An all-rounder who is flexible to complete all ad hoc work.
• Strong ability to use Excel
• Excellent communication skills, with a proactive, hands-on approach to addressing challenges.
