About the Role

As the Managing Pharmacist, you’ll take charge of day-to-day operations and be instrumental in implementing a fresh, patient-focused model. You’ll work alongside a forward-thinking ownership team and contribute ideas that drive innovation, efficiency, and exceptional service.

What You’ll Be Doing

Lead the setup and launch of a new franchise pharmacy

Manage dispensary operations and ensure all legal/professional compliance (PBS, S8, QCPP)

Recruit, train, and motivate a new team

Implement efficient systems and workflows, using the latest pharmacy technologies

Drive health services such as MedsChecks, vaccinations, and medication reviews

Build strong community relationships and grow a loyal patient base

Work closely with ownership to shape business strategy and services

About You

AHPRA-registered Pharmacist (unrestricted)

At least 2 years of experience in community pharmacy

Strong leadership and people management skills

Passion for innovation and delivering high-quality healthcare

Comfortable working in a startup-style environment with evolving processes

A team player who thrives on responsibility and autonomy

Dispensing software proficiency in FRED Dispense PLUS (preferred)
