Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, including staff supervision, workflow optimisation, and maintaining regulatory compliance
• Provide expert advice and guidance to patients, ensuring their medication needs are met effectively and safely
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and optimise medication management
• Implement and monitor quality assurance measures to ensure the highest standards of patient care and safety
• Contribute to the development and implementation of pharmacy policies, procedures, and training programs
• Actively participate in continuing professional development to stay up-to-date with industry advancements and best practices

Required Skills

• Fully registered Pharmacist with a current Australian Pharmacy Board registration
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Pharmacist, with proven leadership and management skills
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical legislation, regulations, and ethical standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with patients and other healthcare professionals
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on providing high-quality patient care
• Proficient in the use of pharmacy software and technology
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
