Sable Pharmacy is seeking an experienced Aged Care Pharmacist to join our dynamic team in Coburg, VIC. As an Aged Care Pharmacist, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive pharmaceutical care to residents in aged care facilities, ensuring their medication needs are met with the utmost professionalism and expertise. What you'll be doing

DAAs preparation

Nursing home order preparation

Pharmacotherapy dispensing

Customer service and counselling

Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, and professional standards in the provision of pharmaceutical care

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation

What we're looking for

Registered pharmacist with a current AHPRA registration

Minimum of 1 year experience in aged care pharmacy practice

Strong clinical and problem-solving skills, attention to details and with the ability to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals

Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered pharmaceutical care
