Job Title: Industrial Electrician – Manufacturing

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Industrial Electrician with strong experience in manufacturing environments to join a fast-paced and dynamic team. This is not a domestic electrical role — we’re looking for someone with expertise in maintaining and repairing complex industrial systems, including conveyors, motors, drives, and high-voltage equipment.

You’ll be responsible for fault finding, breakdown response, and preventative maintenance, ensuring minimal downtime across a range of automated and electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform fault finding, diagnostics, and repairs on industrial electrical systems.

Conduct preventative maintenance to minimise production downtime.

Work with PLC systems (Allen Bradley or similar) to troubleshoot and optimise operations.

Maintain and repair motors, drives, sensors, conveyors, and HVAC systems.

Assist with high-voltage and substation equipment as required.

Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety and electrical standards.

What We’re Looking For:

A Grade Electrical Licence (essential).

Certificate III in Electrotechnology (Electrical Fitter/Mechanic).

Experience in industrial/manufacturing electrical work (not domestic).

Strong PLC knowledge (Allen Bradley or similar).

Experience with motors, drives, and industrial automation.

Instrumentation and Control – Certificate III (desirable).

Ability to perform both breakdown and preventative maintenance.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
