Your new role

The role involves diagnosing service issues, consulting with clients, supporting after-sales service, preparing reports and improvement plans, and coordinating with logistics and sales administration teams. Travel within Australia to meet clients and visit other company locations is required.

What you'll need to succeed

The ideal applicant will have a strong background in diesel and hybrid energy systems, hold current relevant Australian electrical licences, and demonstrate professionalism, discipline, and excellent communication skills.
