What you'll bring to the role:

Proven experience in food & beverage management within a high-volume, large fast-paced venue

Strong understanding of financials, including budgeting, labour cost control, and revenue growth strategies

Confident in rostering, team leadership, and staff development

Skilled in forecasting, stock control, and identifying business opportunities

Accommodation and gaming experience is a bonus, but not essential

Key responsibilities:

Support the Venue Manager in day-to-day operations

Lead a large team with a focus on training, motivation, and performance

Drive profitability through cost control and labour efficiency

Ensure compliance with all operational standards and licensing requirements

Deliver exceptional service across all areas of the venue
