About the role:

As the Onboarding & ELC Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting a dedicated Sales team by managing and resolving all administrative tasks and escalations throughout the onboarding process. You will lead virtual training sessions for newly onboarded Merchants via Zoom and phone calls, ensuring they are equipped with the tools and knowledge needed for immediate success on the platform.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with Sales and Operations teams to build strong relationships with our Restaurant partners and contribute to the ongoing success of the onboarding program. We’re looking for a proactive, service-oriented individual with outstanding customer service skills and a positive, solutions-driven mindset.

Hours: Monday to Friday - 9-5

Role Duration: 6 month contract

Pay Rate: $46.83p/h plus super

Your impact in role:

Own the Onboarding Funnel: Take full ownership of the onboarding process Sales by resolving daily tasks, collaborating directly with Restaurants and Sales to remove blockers, and ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding experience.

Lead Merchant Training: Deliver virtual training sessions for newly onboarded Merchants, helping them understand the platform and setting them up for long-term success.

Provide Administrative Support: Assist the dedicated Sales team with administrative tasks and handle non-commercial communications to streamline their workflow and enhance productivity.

Be a Product Expert: Serve as a subject matter expert on Uber Eats, effectively troubleshooting and resolving any issues Merchants may encounter.
